Advantages of Incorporation of Public Limited Company
Separate Legal Entity
A private company, as a separate legal entity, has its own legal identity. It can enter into contracts, own property, and sue or be sued in its own name.
The tax treatment may vary depending on the jurisdiction, but in many cases, companies have the ability to deduct business expenses, take advantage of tax incentives, and have more flexibility in managing their tax liability.
Reduced Risk of Personal Liability
Obtaining appropriate insurance coverage, maintaining accurate records, separating personal and business finances, and seeking legal advice when necessary.
Easier Access to Growth Funds
Simplified processes and requirements for businesses to obtain financial resources for expansion and development.
Protected Business Name
Legally registered and safeguarded name that grants exclusive rights and prevents others from using it without permission or authorization.
